Milton O Hines, 82, of Malvern passed away January 24, 2018. Milton was born to the late Herbert Ray and Dora Maurine Winn Hines in Emerson, Arkansas on September 25, 1935. Milton was a good, kindhearted, gentle, man who enjoyed going to his many coffee clubs and seeing his buddies. He also loved sitting on his front porch with his friends who dropped by, mainly best of friends, his neighbors. Milton also loved shelling pecans in the winter months so many folks could have good, fresh pecan pies for the holidays.
Milton is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Ray and Dora Maurine Hines and his brothers, Charles Calvin Hines and James Ray Hines.
Milton leaves behind his three nieces to cherish his memory, Carol Jean Hines McCoy (Charlie) of Star City, AR; Barby Hines Howe-Rimmer (Mike) of Malvern, AR; and Sissy Hines Surett (Mike) of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and his best friends, Joe Keenom (Karen) and Ray Briner all of Malvern.
Graveside Services will be held Friday, January 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Emerson, Arkansas. A visitation will be held at Atkinson Funeral Home Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 6-8 P.M.
